In mixer filled with ice add, scotch and rye (or just 2 shots of scotch I like Crown Royal) then add vanilla liqueur if vanilla liqueur (like Navan) not available use vanilla vodka and vanilla abstract. Then add the bitters. Shake vigorously and pour into martini glass and garnish with fresh orange rind.
