Take a tumbler and place a piece of nectarine at the bottom of it ... make sure to have peeled the skin totally so all you get is soft fruit. Over this add crushed ice.

Add a shot of Peach Schnapps / Archers ... a shot of golden tequila ... and just over a shot of clear apple juice.

If you want you can mix the ingredients in a shaker first and then pour over the ice.

Leave for a while before serving to give the nectarine a chance to soak up some of the other flavours.
