Put the Whisky, Baileys and Kahlua in a mixing jug with 4 cracked iced cubes. Stir the mixture for 30 seconds to 1 min. Let sit for 30 seconds while you rim a lowball glass with cocoa powder. Put 4 whole ice cubes in the glass and strain the cocktail into the glass. Now serve with 3 cherrys on a coctail stick.
