- 1 1/4 oz. Dark rum
- 1 oz. Crème de coconut
- 4 oz. Pineapple juice
- 1/2 oz. Chambord® raspberry liqueur
- 3 dashes Grenadine
Instructions
- Thoroughly blend first 4 ingredients with a large scoop of crushed ice. Pour into large goblet and top with grenadine. Garnish with pineapple flag or flower.
