- 1 part Vanilla schnapps
- 1 part Pineapple juice
- 1 part Banana
- 1 part Cream
Instructions
- Muddle 1/3 banana into mixing glass with dash syrop de gomme,add 25ml frangelico hazelnut liqueur,add25ml techienne vanilla schnapps,30ml pineapple juice,25ml single cream. shake with ice,then double strain into large martini glass,garnish with peruvian star fruit on edge of glass.serve.
