Place your sugar cube at the bottom of an old fashioned glass and add the dash of angostura bitters and muddle them together really 'hammer' it until you have a paste, add some cracked ice and stir in two shots of bourbon (or Jack Daniels). and top with apple juice. garnish with a fresh apple wedge.
