Cut 3 strawberries and place in bottom of boston. Add strawberry syrup and muddle. Add amaretto and creme de fraise and shake. Pour into collins glass over cubed ice. Top up with apple juice pouring carefully to allow it to layer. Garnish with cut syrawberry.
