Crush 5 ice cubes per person , then get a long glass add fresh basil and brown sugar and muddle together add crushed ice to muddled sugar and basil then pour over 2 parts white rum and 1 part vodka stir well, then top up with tonic water and lemonade and top with mint sprig or basil sprig and maple syrup waved over the top
