Blend the malted milk ,ice(optional) and condensed milk in a blender. mix till ice is crushed. pour in red wine glass and sprinkle the cinnamon on top and serve.
N.B.a malt drink (e.g.super malt)is the original recipe so that can be used instead of the milk
