Combine rum, lime juice, sugar and bitters in a shaker. Muddle 3 thumbnail size slices of ginger in the base of the shaker. Shake the mixture with ice and strain into a highball filled with ice and top up with ginger beer. Garnish with a wedge of lime in the glass and a slice of ginger cut into the shape of a skull on the rim.
