Add 6 or 7 ice cubes to a highball glass & pour cranberry & vodka over it it giving a little stir. then, float fresh lime juice ontop of the cranberry & vodka & add the Grand Marnier & Cointreau. pour soda to the top of glass. Garnish with Lime Wheel and straw.
