Put several lumps of ice into shaker tin, add 25ml Jack Daniels, 25ml creme de cacao (white) and either add cream, or float on the finished product. If cream is placed in the shaker, shake only lightly for some air, serve in an old fashioned glass and decorate with a sprig of mint. JA
