Pour the Baileys into a glass and add a small amount of blackcurrant cordial and stir them both together. Continue to add the cordial until the baileys and cordial becomes a thick mixture. If it starts to resemble a trifle then you have done it correctly. You may find it easier to use a spoon to drink it.
It may sound disgusting and it may look disgusting but it is very nice.
