  • Pour the coconut syrup, grand marnier and 1 part of the cachaca into an ice-filled hiball glass and stir. Pour in the pineapple juice. Shake the remaining cachaca and guava juice with ice and strain into the glass, to give a foaming head. Garnish with a slice of orange and pineapple.
