- 1 Lime
- 1 Lime wedge
- top up Ice (crushed)
Instructions
- 1- chop lime into 3-4 wedges and muddle very well in a rocks glass
2- full rocks glass with crushed ice
3- add 50ml of Drambuie (R) and gently stir
4- garnish with a lime wedge
