Ingredients
- 2 oz. Gin
- 1 oz. Lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp. Blue curaçao
- 1 tsp. Sugar
- 1 Egg
- 3 oz. Soda water
Instructions
- In a shaker half-filled with ice cubes, combine the gin, lemon juice, Curacao, sugar, and egg. Shake well. Strain into a collins glass almost filled with ice cubes. Add the club soda. Stir well.
