Ingredients
- 2 oz. Apple brandy
- 0.25 oz. Lemon juice
- 1 tsp. Sugar
- 1 Egg white
- 3 oz. Carbonated water
Instructions
- Pour all ingredients except Seltzer into shaker. Fill a Highball glass almost full of ice cubes, and dump ice into shaker. Shake well and pour drink into Highball glass. Add Seltzer, stir, and serve.
