I create this unique drink in Scotland @oloroso bar, is very well ballanced . 50ml millers gin,25ml lime juice,25 ml eucalyptus sirop(gomme)20ml contreau and a drop off egg white.shake over ice and gouble strain into a martini glass , garnish whith 4 eucalyptus leaves. it´s so lovely....
