Add the Martini, Parfait amour and ice cubes into a shaker. Cut a lemon in half and squeeze the lemon really hard in the palm of your hand so that the juice pours into the shaker with the rest of the ingredients.

Shake all of the ingredients vigorously and strain into a Martini Glass.

Slice 5mm off the other half of the lemon and slide onto the side of the martini glass.

You could also garnish with a twist of lemon rind.
