Blend with ice.
Garnishing: Line cocktail glass with chocolate sauce and honey. Do a spiral of chocolate sauce on top once poured (or design of choice) and sprinkle with nutmeg or cinnamon if desired. Chocolate flakes and/or strawberries also go well.
