- 2 parts Dark rum
- 1 Lime
- 1 Lime wedge
- 5 Mint sprigs
- top up Ice (crushed)
- 3 teaspoons Sugar
Instructions
- Cut the lime into eights, crush with the sugar and mint int the bottem of a high-ball glass, top up almost to the top with ice, add rum, top up to the top with ice, add lime wedge, serve.
