First pour a small amount of blackcurrent squash in the bottom of a pint glass, about 1cm depth. Then pour in about half a pint of cider followed by about half a pint of lager; it is best to do it in this order as it tends to froth up if it is done the other way round, very annoying when you are working behind a bar!
