PREP: Put three ice cubes in each glass and slice a wedge of orange centrally so that it clips on edge of glass.
Mix White rum, Malibu, Cointreau, Peach Schnapps and blue food colour. Shake vigorously for a few seconds and serve. Then top up glass with lemonade to desired amount.
