- 1 part Vodka
- 1 part Peach schnapps
- dash of Galliano
- 1 part Banana liqueur
- 1 part Grapefruit juice
- 2 teaspoons Cream
- 1 part Mint sprigs
Instructions
- 6 cubes of ice in a cocktail shaker, add vodka, peach schnapps, galliano, pineapple juice, 2 teaspoons of cream and a generous splash of creme de bananes. Shake well. Serve in a tall glass, decorate with mint sprigs, straws and parasols.
