In a shaker with ice mix well 1.5 oz of white rum, 1.5 oz of lime juice and 3 teaspoons of finely powdered sugar. Pour this mix into a highball glass with five ice cubes and add soda water (club soda) to the top. Garnish with a cocktail red cherry on top
