Café dorn Cocktail
Mix coffee, fruit peels, spices, honey to taste, Benedictine, kummel, rum, and 3 oz. of cognac in a saucepan or chafing dish and bring to a simmer. Do not boil. Ladle into warmed mugs or cups and add 1 oz. of cognac to each cup. Top with a generous tablespoon of whipped cream.
Ingredients:
- 1 pint Coffee
- 4 Pieces Lemon rind
- 4 Pieces Orange rind
- 4 Cinnamon stick
- 12 Cloves
- 1 1/2 oz. Benedictine
- 1 1/2 oz. Kummel
- 1 1/2 oz. Dark rum
- 7 oz. Brandy
- 4 tbs. Cream
