INSTRUCTIONS

Tall glass,put in white rum, preferably bacardi, then the galliano, then the banana liqueur, then fill rest of shaker with orange juice and pineapple evenly enough to fit in a 12 oz. glass with ice.

INGREDIENTS

1 part White rum
1 part Galliano
1/2 part Banana liqueur
3 parts Orange juice
3 parts Pineapple juice

This is a wonderful drink, though you can't REALLY experience it in the states. This drink is best ordered on the islands in the Caribbean and Netherland Antilles, where the rums are made locally.
The galliano is the secret here, it adds a mellow flavor that blends with the bannana and fruit juices to make a wonderfully tropical drink.
