INSTRUCTIONS

Put the sugar cube into an old fashioned glass and shake the bitters on to it. Add the pernod to the glass and swirl it. Drop in the ice cubes and pour in the vodka. Top up with lemonade and stir gently.

INGREDIENTS

2 parts Vodka
3 drops Pernod
2 drops Angostura bitters
top up Lemonade
1 Sugar cube
3 Ice cubes
