INSTRUCTIONS

Put the mint sprigs into a tall glass (preferably silver). Add the sugar syrup, then crush the mint into the syrup. Fill the glass with dry crushed ice and stir gently. Pour in the whisky. Then pack in more ice and serve.

INGREDIENTS

3 parts Bourbon
10 Mint sprigs
1 part Ice (crushed)
1 teaspoon Sugar syrup
