INSTRUCTIONS

NOTE:Theres a further 2 ingredients
2 grinds of black pepper
1 dash(3/4 of a bar spoon) balsamic reduction

Glassware: Martini
1: muddle 5 strawberries with the gomme, pepper and the strawbery liqueur
2: add the vodka
3: stir in the balsamic
4: shake with 4oz of ice ONLY as too much will thin the drink right down

N.B. for a twist use basil vodka i suggest home infused rather than an over the counter bottle

• 1/2 part Strawberry liqueur
• 6 Strawberries
• 1/2 part Sugar syrup
