INSTRUCTIONS

Pour vodka, then irish cream, then kahlua into an old-fashioned glass over crushed ice. Stir. Use only high quality vodka as cheap vodka can cause the irish cream to curdle.

INGREDIENTS

1 part Vodka
1/2 part Kahlua
1 1/2 parts Baileys® irish cream

Amarula (South African version of Baileys much nicer)
add ice cold vodka and layer all ingredients as listed
in order with a spoon in a martini glass, add 4 ice cubes.

Ny wife and I lived in the United Arab Emirates and frequently isited Trader Vics Reataurant for their very potent coctails. Although this was not on the drink menu, the head bartender offer me this drink (because I was a regular he often made drinks for me that were not listed.

It is a great drink. In fact, I turned many friends on to this drink and they all love it.

My wife will be making me this drink over the weekend and boy, am I looking forward to it.
