INSTRUCTIONS

In an old fashioned glass, muddle simple syrup with mint leaves. Fill glass with shaved/crushed ice and pour in rum. Stir. Garnish with additional mint sprig.

1 1/4 oz. Dark rum
1/6 oz. Sugar syrup
2 Mint sprigs
