This classic Greek coffee has many advantages: Firstly, it's very quick to prepare (be carefull with the amount of sugar!), secondly, it can be a refreshing drink at any time of the day and thirdly, it has no alcohol which makes it suitable for anyone. I would like also to suggest the brand of the coffee (Nescafe) as I have found that, althought the quality isn't the best possiible, it's the most suitable coffee for this drink.
