Buck's Fizz is so named after the founder of the Private Gentlemen's Club in which it was invented back in 1921, Capatin H J Buckmaster. The incorrect generic Bucks Fizz of Champagne and orange juice is not in fact the correct receipe which contains another 3 seperate ingredients. A true Buck's Fizz can only be sampled at Buck's Club in London, England, which still guards the original receipe.
