INSTRUCTIONS

Pour Schnapps into flute">champagne flute. Add juice and grenadine for color. Fill with Sparkling Wine.

INGREDIENTS

3 oz. Peach schnapps
3 oz. White wine
dash of Lemon juice
dash of Grenadine

Actually - if you are going for the true experience use fresh peach juice - just like Harry's Bar in Venice where it was made - very expensive but worth it

Mmmmm... I tried several whilst in Canada - but they were always frozen slush-puppy style. Quite sweet, and rather lethal. Best place that did them was Earl's - a chain over there I think.
